FREE SAFETY BOAT TRAINING DAY for volunteers from OnBoard, T15 and Volvo Champion Clubs

We have arranged two dates at Pugneys Country Park and would like to invite as many club volunteers as possible  to attend a training day on either:

Saturday the 10th or Sunday the 11th of May, 10:00 – 17:00

It is completely FREE of charge and will be a fantastic opportunity to receive top quality training and be updated on the latest methods of Safety Boat practice from experienced RYA Powerboat Trainers and Instructors .

The training is for all volunteers who are involved in OB, T15 or VCC training at your club, so if you have no qualification at all or are a Powerboat Instructor you will get something out of the day. Please encourage as many people as possible to come from your club - the first 21 people to book on will receive a free copy of G16 - Safety Boat Log Book and DVD!

Please complete the attached booking form and return to pugneyscp@wakefield.gov.uk (marking the subject: att LIZ) or Liz McDonald, Pugneys Country Park, Asdale Road, Off Denby Dale Road, Wakefield, West Yorkshire, WF2 7EQ by the 5th of May to secure your place and get a free logbook! If for any reason you cannot make the training day that you have booked onto, please let us know ASAP so that we can offer your place to someone else. Please note: It is not an RYA Safety Boat course so no certificate will be issued but it is a great training opportunity not to be missed!
